 Happy Grace is a Multi-Age program, which allows me to focus on the individual needs and skill levels of each child and provide individual support plan opportunities, rather than the overall skill levels of a same-age classroom as a whole. 

Benefits for the older or younger children in a multi-age classroom 

A mixed age classroom allows children to interact and learn how to get along with peers of varying ages. Older children learn compassion, patience and problem-solving skills to take on the role of mentors as they interact and respond to the needs of their young children to develop their leadership skills and in turn enhances their confidence and self-esteem. Younger children are able to look ahead and try new things that provide ample learning opportunities and stimulate their individual interests to explore in the environment. Siblings are able to remain in the same classroom together while still interacting with a diverse range of children.
